Who knew using the same pallet for multiple shipments was possible. Sometimes, an idea can change the way we process.
Instead of bearing the cost of a pallet that can be used only once and then discarded, special pallet-bins are used over and over again for as many as 12 times a year. This saves cost and makes the process environment-friendly. This is made of mostly virgin plastic which is stronger and also designed in such a way that different parts can be replaced. So only the damaged part can be replaced instead of replacing the whole unit.
