Configuring auto alerts for freight shipments
Revised Auto alerts keep our freight customers informed of the new changes in their shipments. |

Real-time alerts and notifications are a mandatory function of supply chain operations. The updated event alerts configured on MyHubPlus let the client know of any revised shipment movements that help make sound decisions for the required measures. | |||||||||||||||||||
How is it done?
A dedicated ‘Tracking Team’ manages all the actions for sending the alerts. They keep track of all the liners’ movements, and their arrival and departure schedules (based on the shipment details) and accordingly make updates to the routing tab in the shipment grid, if any. If any new changes are updated, a revised alert is sent to the client. |
