Import Container Management

If the customer has multiple shipments, he can trigger request to destination forwarder through a delivery request form comprising the warehouse name, transporter name, broker name and vessel details to deliver the specific containers. The destination forwarder will fill-in the actual delivery date upon the request from buyer which will be updated in MyHub portal.

This feature helps our customers to save cost on detention charges as he takes the initiative to intimates the destination forwarder on the estimated arrival date of the shipment to bring in the container within the free time.

Request empty container

The empty container management refers to the last movement in freight transportation of containers in door-to-door shipments, where empty containers are returned to depots or moved to shipper. An empty container request is initiated for empty containers return to be delivered at a depot or directly to the port depot to save on demurrage charges.
