Real-time container Tracking was never this easy!

Stop worrying about the demurrage charges or warehouse space availability before the container’s arrival at the destination. Now easily plan the smooth transition of containers by providing the delivery instructions using the new feature “Track Container” available on the Customer Portal.

Use the multiple features as required. All you have to do is:

Request Delivery or Empty Return: Select the container(s) and click on the Request Delivery or Request Empty Return icon to update the date of the requirement to inform the CFS agent.

Planned Delivery Date: You can just select the container(s), click on the edit icon, and Set Priority for your containers by providing the Priority (free text) and Planned Delivery Date to transporters. If needed add comments.

Filter feature: With the updated Filter feature, you can view the set of containers based on the status of the containers by identifying the colour codes.
