Assign task: Easily manage & assign tasks to anyone by just keying in the user name or get it back to the queue.
Email: Send emails to customers using the predefined template and attaching the supporting documents
Comment: Share your comments without even opening the task.
Document: Upload all the documents required with a single click.
Snooze: Snooze the tasks using a time period to be done on a later date.
Override KPI: Override the KPI with ease in case there is a delay in the shipment, with an exception.
